Postnatal Yoga

Adjusting to life post-birth can be both physically and emotionally tough. Practicing yoga is a gentle way to stretch and strengthen while bonding with baby. Our classes are designed to also stimulate and comfort baby while mom spends time with others in her same stage of life.
